I must have taken this picture on my way home for here, at Leeds City Junction, is D43 again, with a passenger train at the head of which is a BR 4w CCT. The whole train may have still been made up with ex-LMS carriages but by 1964 had been modernised with BR Mk.1 stock and it seems that a van was still being rostered at the head.
